In 2017-2018 Ali from Savalan Solutions did a number of house improvement and repair jobs for my property in the NW3 area.
He replaced my 22 years old quarry tile balcony floor with a much more robust and better porcelain floor tiles and levelled the sizeable floor such that all rain water runs away smoothly. This included using 600 kg of fine grade sand, 150 kg of cement, 320 kg of porcelain tiles plus the a required underlay glue. The finished new floor is great, well beyond my best expectations, a job really well done.
Earlier, Ali also changed my old central heating pressure vessel and drilled a 150 mm hole high up in the brick wall and then installed the kitchen cooker exhaust pipe through the hole. Also these works were very carefully and professionally completed, without any mess in the bespoke areas.
